Shipping policy
Processing & Turn Around Times
Turn Around Time refers to the time your item takes to arrive to our facility - NOT the time it takes to arrive to you. This time varies from 1-4 weeks depending on the vendor that we use. Please note the Turn Around Time for each item you order, as they will not ship to you until ALL items you've ordered are in. If you would prefer to split them up and ship them separately, please send us an email and we can accommodate that - mamabirdcoshop@gmail.com.
Once a shipment arrives to our facility, all items within that order are processed (meaning packaged up and labeled) within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume seasons or sales (typically August, November, and December), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Most items on the website have been added with their weight in mind, so you can conveniently choose to ship your items and pay shipping with your order. Occasionally, especially with pre-order items or custom items, the weight of the item is unknown until it arrives to our facility and can be properly packaged and weighed. In these instances, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and invoiced to you separately when your items arrive. Shipping is discounted and based on the weight of your items which is unknown until they arrive to our facility. Payment for your order is due prior to your order shipping.

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Local Pickup (if applicable): Local Pickup is available for all items we offer. If you choose this option at checkout, please note that pick up times vary and will be communicated with you via email when your order is ready. Items held longer than 10 days are subject to be mailed to you with an emailed invoice. You will be unable to make future purchases from The Mama Bird Collective until your outstanding shipping invoice is paid.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Preorders & Custom Items
If your order contains preorder or custom-made items, please note that these ship according to their individual production timelines.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States (and U.S. territories, if applicable).
If you are outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information. We are happy to assist in helping you start a claim if needed.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has been processed.
