Where do you ship to?
We ship all over the United States!
How long does shipping take?
We're a pre-order boutique, so the items take 10 days to ship to me once I order them (I usually order from our vendors every two weeks, hence the 2-4 week Turn Around Time!), but as soon as our order arrives to me, I ship it straight to you via USPS the next business day!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Follow that tracking number to see when your goodies will arrive!
Turn Around Time
What is Turn Around Time?
Also referred to as its acronym, TAT, Turn Around Time is the time your item takes to arrive to me. I always try to pad this time a little bit as a worst case scenario!
To explain a little further, I order from one of our most popular vendors every two weeks (though I'm hoping this changes to every week as we get busier!). Once I place our order, it takes 7-10 days to ship to me, then a few days through the shipping system to arrive. So, at its earliest, if you place your order the day before our vendor order, your items could arrive in as little as two weeks! If you place it right after I place our vendor order and it has to wait, this is why it takes closer to the 4 week mark.

Why is turn around time different for different items?
The Mama Bird Collective works with DOZENS of vendors - some domestic here in the US of A and some over seas. Each vendor will have its own turn around time, so depending on where we order your item from, your turn around time will look different!
What if I order things with different turn around times?
If you place one order with things from several different vendors, your items will all ship when the LAST item arrives to me - this is to make sure I get everything from your order out to you at the same time. It also saves on shipping! If you want your items to ship to you as they arrive and you don't mind paying extra shipping, you can either break your wish list up into different orders with the same turn around time, or you can message me your list and I'll do it for you!

How do I return an item?
At this time, Mama Bird Collective does not process returns or exchanges. It is super, super important to reference all sizing charts and measurements for your item to ensure that they arrive with the best fit possible. Because I order exactly what you ask for from our vendors, I do not have the capacity to return them or to exchange them if they are incorrect. As always, if you have an issue with an order, please let me know!
Can I pick up my order?
You sure can! Our current pick up location is in Lufkin, Texas, and our pick up times are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. excluding federal or bank holidays. At this time, I am not able to accommodate anything earlier or later than this. Simply choose "local pick up" at checkout, and you'll receive an email when your order is ready!
What if I forget to pick up my order?
No worries, bestie! It happens to the best of us. There is a 10 business day limit to how long your items will stay at the pick up location. After that, I will ship the items to you and email you a shipping invoice. Just pay that invoice and be on the look out for your goodies to arrive! You will not be able to order anything else from the boutique until that invoice is paid.
