How soon will my order arrive?
Our typical turn around time (the time it takes your order to arrive to our headquarters for packaging and distribution) is 2-4 weeks. Typically, it is closer to the 2-3 week mark, but we add that extra week just in case things get a little crazy! This turn around time does not include delays out of our control such as post office holidays or shipping delays.
How do I find a rep code?
Ah, the ever popular rep code! If you want to save 10% on every purchase, click on our page that says "Brand Reps." Each brand rep's code is their first name - pick one, enter it in the "discount" section, and voiala!
Where can I pick up my items?
While we don't have a store front, the administrative office is located at 207 E. Lufkin Ave., Suite 108, Lufkin, Texas. You'll enter the building through the back (the front doors are always locked). The set of doors on your right is always open during business hours - open them, follow the hallway around (it makes a U shape), and I'm the fourth door on your right!
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the nature of pre-orders, I cannot accept changes or cancellations to orders. However, if you have an issue with an item you ordered, please reach out as soon as possible so I can try to find a solution!
I saw something in your Facebook group but can't find it here. How do I order it?
Great question! There are several items that are VIP exclusive to the group - be sure to join on Facebook and comment there what you'd like to buy! You are also welcome to message me on Facebook using the username @mckenziemusick2025 or send me an email at mamabirdcoshop@gmail.com explaining what you need. I can customize your invoice there as well!
How will I know when my order has arrived?
First, be sure you've created an account with us. I'll need to have your email on file to send out a notification that your order is ready for pick up or has shipped! If you're not sure whether we have your email on file, send us a message on Facebook @mckenziemusick2025 or via email mamabirdcoshop@gmail.com and we'll get it all straightened out!
Returns
Can I return a sale item?
All sales through this boutique are final - we do not accept returns.
How do I return an item?
All sales through the boutique are final due to the pre-order nature. I order from the factory exactly what you ask for, so be sure to measure your body/feet when applicable to ensure that items fit well! If you received an item that does not match up with the size chart provided, please send us an email at mamabirdcoshop@gmail.com and we'll get it straightened out.
Do you accept refunds?
Do the the pre-order nature of the boutique, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds or returns. If you have received a damaged item or an item that does not match the size chart provided, you will be awarded either an exchange (I will order the item again and ensure it is correct!) or shop credit in the full amount of your order that never expires.
Shipping
Can I track my parcel online?
Absolutely! Be sure you have an account through the website so that I have your accurate email address, and as soon as I have a tracking number, you will receive an email.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on the method of shipping you choose at checkout, delivery typically takes 3-5 days from the day the package is dropped off at the post office.
