At The Mama Bird Collective and Bird House Boutique, every order is custom-curated and placed directly with our factory partners based on customer selections over time. Because of this process, we do not offer refunds on purchases. Please read our policies carefully before ordering:

📌 Color Variations

  • Product colors may vary slightly from what you see online due to differences in screen resolution and lighting.

  • These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

📌 Sizing

  • Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

  • Items are not eligible for refund or exchange due to fit issues unless the product received does not match the size chart for that item.

📌 Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue store credit.

  • Store credit must be used within 6 months of the issue date. After that time, the credit will expire.

📌 Store Credit

  • Store credit may be applied toward future purchases.

  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
