Refund policy

Due to the Mama Bird Collective being a pre-order online boutique, we do not process returns or exchanges. Please ensure you reference all applicable sizing and color charts, and note that some items may differ in color in person due to different screen resolution settings. We inspect every item that leaves our shop, but if you receive an item that is physically defective (holes, snags, staining, etc.) or if you receive the incorrect item, please reach out to us via email at mamabirdcoshop@gmail.com or via Facebook Messenger with the username @mckenziemusick2025
